Someone already registered "Glover Park" so I'm renaming the neighborhood Upper Georgetown, not to be affiliated with Georgetown University. However, many of Georgetown's students do live in the neighborhood. Some of them them really like to party and make noise all night long. After these parties, the neighborhood is usually littered with trash. Unfortunately, because they get so drunk, they really don't feel like cleaning up their mess the next morning.
